What's your favorite part of your job as an Online Ambassador?
As an Online Ambassador, I love the fact that I can become more active at NCSSM and learn more about its insightful history.

What's your favorite part of NCSSM Online?
NCSSM Online’s culture is very inclusive and communicative. Additionally, teachers genuinely love their jobs and are willing to help you understand complex topics.

What's the biggest challenge you've encountered in the Online program?
As a student-athlete at my home high school, the one problem I’ve dealt with is the fact that certain webinar days are automatically off limits because of my practices and games.

How have you met that challenge?
I have evaded that problem by reaching out and having a conversation with my coach about which webinar days I could attend.

What's an “aha” moment you've experienced in one of your Online classes?
I haven’t had an “aha” moment. All of the classes I have taken in the past have been ones that I have background knowledge about. So, maybe I should’ve chosen classes that were completely different than the usual ones I take.

What are two of your greatest interests or passions?
I am very passionate about music and politics. I listen to music every time I have to do work for a class, and I love debating about political topics.

If you had one year of freedom, what would you want to do?
During my one year of freedom, I would attend all of my favorite artists’ concerts, or I would go on a reality TV show. Reality TV shows are purely a source of entertainment for me; however, I would love to participate in one to see the drama up close. Additionally, a cash prize would be nice.

What are you looking forward to in the coming school year?
I’m excited for my two NCSSM Online courses. I’m enrolled in NCSSM Public Health and Epidemiology, which are the two courses I wanted to do last year, but wasn’t able to. In the future, I want to be an epidemiologist, so I am glad the aforementioned courses will help me gain more background knowledge about my career choice.

What words of advice or wisdom do you have for Online students?
In order to have successful years in the NCSSM Online program, you definitely need a planner. Planners will assist you with planning out your week. Additionally, it can reduce the probability of procrastination happening.

Why should prospective students and their families consider NCSSM Online?
This answer is quite simple; however, it is still true. NCSSM Online provides numerous classes dealing with all educational topics that can help students learn about their future career pathways. Multiple Online students take classes that contrast with their interests, but they discover how much they love them. Oppositely, I enrolled in classes that were similar to my interests, and my love for my career pathway accelerated. No matter what, NCSSM Online is valuable because it enables students to understand more about themselves.
