Friday Evening Information

Arrival Time: 6-8pm

• Those who arrive between 6-8pm will go together to 9th Street for dinner. Please bring funds to purchase dinner as it is not provided by NCSSM.

Late Arrival: 8-10pm (Will need to eat dinner prior to arrival on campus)

• If you are arriving after 8pm, please pick up dinner on your own. 

Train Arrivals

• If you are arriving via train, please email the ORCs (orc@ncssm.edu) once you have secured your ticket so we can provide transportation. 

Accommodations & What To Bring

• You will be staying in a lounge on a residence hall where cots will be provided. 

• You will need to bring: twin sheets, blankets, pillow, toiletry items, school items needed for class the next day, and any other items you feel you would need for the night.

Online Weekend Schedule:

Friday Evening Program

• • • 6-8pm: Check In

    • 8pm - 9:30pm: Dinner on 9th Street for those who have arrived

    • 8-10pm: Late Check In

    • 10pm: Safety Meeting

    • 10:30 - 11:15pm: Evening Activity (Board games and ping pong OR time in the gym for basketball, volleyball, working out, dodgeball, etc.)

Saturday Program

• • • 8am - 8:45am: Breakfast, bring belongings to Bryan Lobby, clean lounge, check in for the official online weekend

    • 9am: Online Weekend Begins

    • 3:30pm: Online Weekend Ends
